Family Law Department act in child dispute case

Our Family Law department was instructed to act for businessman and entrepreneur Father in child dispute.  MPR Solicitors has been retained in this case in which the Father divorced the Mother over 2 years ago and Mother has prevented him from spending quality time with their young daughter.

Father was initially alleged to have committed domestic abuse, however no findings were made against him at court and Father is now able to have increased time with his daughter.
