Liane Atcheson
Liane graduated the University of Birmingham in 2002 with Bachelor’s Degree in Law. She trained with a practice respected for its niche in white collar crime and fraud. Qualifying in 2006, Liane gained Police Station Accreditation and practiced in all aspects of criminal defence.
In 2007 Liane joined one of the country’s leading insurance law practices, representing many of the top ten leading insurers in a broad range matters including first and third party claims across a number of product lines, including; motor, household, pet and policy indemnity. Liane gained considerable experience in handling complex civil litigation, with a particular emphasis on fraudulent or exaggerated claims and orchestrated fraud rings.
Liane describes herself as a technically sharp litigator, always thinking outside the box and going the extra mile to make ground against her opponents.
Liane currently welcomes instructions, as a consultant with MPR, in matters of general civil and commercial litigation, with a particular niche in claims involving elements of fraud or dishonesty, personal injury defence, insurance litigation, debt recovery and enforcement.
