MPR Solicitors instructed in Operation Capture at Isleworth Crown Court

The Firm has been instructed to defend one individual in this cash for crash case in which gangs induce collisions with innocent third parties. The cars are then repaired by Accident Claims Companies requesting thousands of pounds in fraudulent repair work and exorbitant car hire charges. The investigation was so far widespread that police placed an undercover police officer into the organisation. The officer infiltrated the gang and was introduced to a man who could allegedly arrange car crashes.

The case will be heard at Isleworth crown court in the later part of 2015.
