SOCA's Operation Millipede: are you on the list?

It has been revealed that SOCA (the Serious organised Crime Agency) has “31 fat lever arch files” of potential evidence against accountancy firms, solicitors practices and management consultants linked to rogue private investigators according to Christopher Graham the Information Commissioner. This was in light of admissions made by Mr Graham that a number of celebrities and blue-chip companies could evade prosecution due to the very long delay by law enforcement agencies in deciding whether or not to prosecute. He was giving evidence in front of the Home Affairs Select Committee.
